New is better than better

Don’t try to beat your competition by being better than they are. Don’t try to win at their game.

Be a new opportunity.

Challenge the standard. Create something new. It’s not just the same old – just a bit better.

It’s not good enough to make a little less.

Find the new combination. Don’t just try to be better.

Being better means you can easily be compared.

You will not create mass momentum – you will be fighting a pricing war.

Who can be the cheaper solution?

It’s getting worse for you. With a new idea – you will get more for more.

You need to create excitement.

Today, everybody wants to have the easy way.

People like shortcuts – so most people start their business – doing something better.

Then they wonder why they can’t break free.

Why they can only make a little bit of money.

This is a challenge.

The only way out is to create something new.

You have multiple interests.

You can find inspiration in all the different fields.

Combine those ideas to a new offer, a new solution, a new product = a new opportunity = a new way to live.

We were created to createnot created to copy others.

I understand when you might say: This is hard.

I agree.

It’s not going to come easy.

It will take effort.

It will take time.

That’s okay.

Just remember: new is better than better.

Make a difference, my friend!

When I went fishing for the first time, I was in the US.A guy from church invited me to come along with him.He packed up his boat, went to get some bait, and drove us to the lake. It was all prepared for me.It was a blast. I do admit, I got a little sunburn.Besides that, we had a good day fishing. Then I thought to myself:That wasn’t so hard. I can do it. So I got myself a fishing rod and went to a lake.I had some bait with me.My brother joined me on the trip. We were fishing hard. We caught…

  • You Won’t Have a Harvest Without Sowing

I see this every day online. People struggling to get a client. Struggling to make money. I have been there before. Aiming to reach a monthly income, ready for the harvest — and then coming up empty. No income. No clients. Just crickets. I thought I had good product. But in reality, I was more focused on what I would get out than what I gave. I didn’t actually sow any seeds. I was preparing for the harvest— only to wonder why it never came. That was a hard lesson. I still remember how…

  • To Give is to Get

Hey Reader, How often have you heard:“But he did it first!” Many kids justify their actions as reactions. They say, look at the other person… they are so much worse than I am. We see this today with adults, too—when they put blame on others as an excuse for their bad behavior. It makes me sad to see it in the news every day: “I’m not to blame.” “He was already doing it.” “I’m not as bad as he is.” These are all statements of giving back what you’ve received—with the point of escape or…

  • Can You Compete with AI?

Hey Reader, It feels like there is a threat in the air. Now that ChatGPT is out for a few years already—and it’s constantly improving—it feels like we are in a competition we can’t win. I’ve been doing content marketing for almost 5 years. It definitely changed over the last year. There is a flood of content out there that is just generated by AI.It is getting easier to stay consistent. There is also a pattern I observe: I’m not trying to compete with AI.Since it’s a tool, I can use it well or…

  • We do it the 100X Way

We do it the 100X Way How many struggle with Perfectionism? I always thought things must be done to 100% completion, yet I seemed to fail every time. The question became: How should we do things? We should do it the 100X Way. Let me explain: First, you have to put as many seeds (ideas, content, etc.) out into the world. This is focused on Quantity. Once the seeds are out – you are in charge to water them and take care of them. This is giving without asking. Just be helpful. None of it has to…

  • Business is Boring!

Hey Reader, In so many videos I’ve watched over the years, there is often the idea that business is so exciting. There is always something new happening. There is always change. You’re in a high-speed car chase. While I definitely get that—especially when you’re starting out—you always want to be overwhelmed. The reality is that business is boring. There is not much happening once you find a routine that works. The main goal is to stick to that routine as long as you can. I do like to be by…
