Don’t Be Scared of a Post to Fail

Social media gets pretty boring.
I read the same posts over and over again.

Why do most people post the same stuff?

It feels like there is nobody sharing fresh ideas.

There are waves of trends.
As soon as somebody posts something good,
it gets reposted, repurposed a hundred times.

They all look alike.
Sound alike.
Are there no new ideas?

I believe it’s for one reason:

Because people are actually scared their post won’t get enough likes.

They hold back their genuine self, fresh thoughts, and new insights
because they are afraid their post will fail.

They let the algorithm control what they say.

They never step out of the shadows to share unique ideas.

They never step up as the thought leader

Because they prefer to be a thought follower
and are happy with the drips of success rather than risk stepping up to create something that might fail.

This makes me sad to observe.

That’s why I started to write my content by hand.
Then I can be freed from my screens,
think clearly,
and create unique ideas.

People want the business, the personal brand, the prestige.
They want to be a creator,
but they don’t want to give.

They are focused on getting,
so they never actually ask:

What do I have to give?

Please use this as a reminder to develop your own opinions.
Share your own belief
and help make a difference.

Create something worth sharing by risking yourself first.

  • Success comes through Sacrifice

Hey Reader, Everything in life comes with a price tag. Not always do they have a $ (Dollar Sign) with them. Some are also connected to the cost of time. Some are decisions, either for or against. You can do many things, but you won’t be able to succeed in all. You do have many opportunities, but not the time to try them all. There is a correlation that I started to notice. The older I get, the more obvious it becomes. Every big victory comes with a price. There is no success without…

  • The $1 Billion Business You Would Never Sell?

Hey Reader, In a recent podcast that I listened to, they were chatting about the perfect business. A lot of people advise to build a business you could sell later. It is with the idea to personally get so much money out of the exit that you would never need to work again in your life. When I talk to my clients, they always say that they don’t mind to work. It is the other way around. They want to show their work. What a good work ethic looks like. In the podcast, the host asked: “What if I…

  • Your Industry Doesn’t Matter

Hey Reader, I have seen this topic a lot on X/Twitter. There is an issue I see in how many businesses start: They start with the topic or industry first. This is easy—because you don’t need to put a lot of thought into it. But there’s a big flaw. I don’t want to be known in an industry.I’d rather be known to my people. On first sight, it seems like there is no difference. But when you dive deeper—there is a large difference. When you’re known as a Fitness Coach, writing a book might be still…

  • Simple Scales, Fancy Fails

Simple Scales, Fancy Fails This is a saying that has stuck with me for a while now. I don’t remember when I heard it first. It is an excellent reminder. I tend to overthink, overplan, overanalyze, and overdo many things in my life. There is a sense of perfection. It really has to be all prepared. Every detail has to look seamless. It should look cool. For it just to work is not good enough. Since hearing “Fancy Fails, Simple Scales” I keep reminding myself of that. We always keep thinking of…

  • Better Offer

Better Offer The most important thing to improve is: Your offer. This is the foundation of your business. There is no way around that. If you don’t have an offer or you have a bad offer – nobody will buy. Nobody will talk with you. It’s like you’re trying to sell old fish. It smells so bad that nobody is willing to get close to you. No matter how much Marketing you do, word about your bad fish will spread. No matter how much you have optimized in your business or even automated. If your offer…
